Introduction
Effective Date: September 2026
Avore Services ("Avore Services", "we", "us", "our") provides facilities management services, including but not limited to residential and commercial cleaning, in the United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy ("Policy") explains how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect personal data when you access or use our website at www.avoreservices.com, our WhatsApp channels, or any related service (together, the "Services").
This Policy is issued in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data ("UAE PDPL") and any implementing regulations issued thereunder. Capitalized terms not defined in this Policy have the meaning given to them in our Terms and Conditions, available at www.avoreservices.com/terms ("Terms").
This Policy forms part of, and is governed by the same governing law and dispute resolution terms as, our Terms and Conditions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be resolved in accordance with the Dispute Resolution and Governing Law provisions set out in the Terms.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy. Where your consent is the basis for processing, using the Services constitutes that consent; you may withdraw it at any time as set out under Your Rights below.
This Policy applies to any individual who visits our website, contacts us via phone, WhatsApp, social media, LinkedIn, application, or other official channels, requests a quote, makes a Booking, or otherwise uses our Services ("you", "Client"). It also covers visitors who browse our website without booking a service.
Information We Collect
Contact Data: name, mailing/property address, email address, and mobile number.
Identity Data: name, username or similar identifier used when communicating with us.
Booking and Transaction Data: service history, booking dates and frequency, package/subscription tier, and payment status (Avore Services does not directly process or store full card numbers; payments are handled through our payment processor or collected offline).
Communications Data: messages, feedback, complaints, reviews or testimonials you choose to share, and correspondence exchanged with us via website, phone, WhatsApp, social media, LinkedIn, application, email, or other official channels, including call or chat records where applicable.
Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and website usage data collected automatically when you visit our website (see Cookies and Similar Technologies below).
Property Access Data: information you provide about property access (e.g. gate codes, building access notes) necessary to deliver the Services, retained only as long as needed for active Bookings.
Aggregated Data: we may also derive statistical or demographic data from your personal data (e.g. booking trends by area). Aggregated data does not identify you and is not treated as personal data, unless we combine it with other data in a way that could identify you, in which case we treat the combined data as personal data under this Policy.
We do not knowingly collect special categories of personal data (such as health, religious, or biometric data) and ask that you do not share such information with us unless directly necessary to deliver a Service and requested by us.
Where we need to collect personal data to provide you with a Booking or Service and you choose not to provide it, we may not be able to complete or process that Booking.
How We Collect Personal Data
Directly from you, when you make a Booking, contact us, or fill in a form on our website.
Automatically, through cookies and similar technologies when you use our website (see Cookies and Similar Technologies below).
From service delivery, where our staff or Partner Professionals record details necessary to complete a Booking (e.g. access notes, service completion records).
From publicly available sources or from third parties where reasonably necessary, for example to verify contact details provided to us.
How We Use Your Personal Data
We process personal data only where we have a valid legal basis under the UAE PDPL, including performance of a contract with you, your consent, compliance with a legal obligation, or our legitimate business interests (such as fraud prevention and service improvement), balanced against your rights. We use personal data to:
create and manage your Booking or Subscription;
deliver the Services, including coordinating with Avore Services staff or Partner Professionals;
process payments and maintain billing records;
respond to enquiries, complaints, and support requests;
send Booking confirmations, service reminders, and operational updates;
send marketing communications, where you have consented to receive them;
improve our Services, website, and customer experience;
maintain the security of our Services and prevent fraud or misuse;
comply with legal, regulatory, or tax obligations applicable in the UAE; and
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, in line with the requirements of the UAE PDPL. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@avoreservices.com.
If we provide you with (or you set) login credentials or a customer reference to access any part of the Services, you are responsible for keeping these confidential. We are not responsible for unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Your Rights
Subject to the conditions and exceptions set out in the UAE PDPL, you have the right to:
request access to the personal data we hold about you;
request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data;
request deletion of your personal data, subject to our legal and legitimate business retention needs;
object to or request restriction of certain processing, including direct marketing;
withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal; and
request data portability, where technically feasible.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@avoreservices.com. We aim to acknowledge access or correction requests within 7 working days, and to give effect to marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days. Response and compliance timeframes remain subject to the requirements of the UAE PDPL.
Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide the Services, comply with legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When personal data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by emailing support@avoreservices.com. We may retain certain data where required by law (e.g. transaction and billing records) even after account deletion, for the period required under applicable UAE law.
Business Transfers
If Avore Services is involved in a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of all or part of its business or assets, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will ensure any such transfer is carried out in accordance with the UAE PDPL and that the receiving party remains bound by terms materially consistent with this Policy.
Children
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal data from a child, we will take steps to delete it.
Marketing Communications
Where you have consented to receive marketing communications from us, you may opt out at any time by using the unsubscribe instructions in our communications or by contacting support@avoreservices.com. You may continue to receive non-marketing communications related to your Booking or Subscription even after opting out of marketing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. The updated version will be published on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
